Our periodic re-gathering of students who have previously completed Beginning the Qigong Lifestyle, to review and fortify our awareness and integration of qigong self-healing exercises, chi nutrition, meridian anatomy and chi physiology,  and the qigong virtues and philosophies within daily life.

This workshop provides essential education for students who are interested and who are enrolled in the Clinical Qigong Healing Practitioner and Professional Qigong Teacher training programs and when successfully completed, provide a total of 3.0 hours of credit toward professional certification in accordance with the standards established by the National Qigong Association.
