When given proper vital support through the refinement of our chi, the human body, just like the rest of nature, magnificently expresses the boundless powers of healing and creativity. 67% of our natural healing abilities is empowered through a harmonious combination of proper rest, sedative breathing, quiet contemplation, qigong exercise and medical qigong support. The remaining 33% is focused on intricately harmonizing the chi qualities in our food to completely and permanently eliminate the inflammatory nature of all dis-eases, illnesses and injuries, and to cleanse and strengthen our digestive system to help our bodies better absorb the nutrients from our food that are essential for health improvement. Step by step, our Chi Nutrition workshops share this time-proven wisdom and teach us how to modify what and how we eat to achieve full health. It is helpful, however not required, to engage in the Begin Your Qigong Lifestyle course prior to or simultaneously with this course.
The Building Blocks of Chi Supplementation
6 Bi-monthly Workshops, Summer 2020
Specific Dates and Times to be Announced
Tuition + Learning Materials: $300
Learn and practice optimal applications of "essential nutrition" in the form of Western and Chinese herbal supplements to complement our personal chi care and fortify our physical and energetic stamina and longevity. Beyond addressing Chi Supplementation for proper health maintenance, we also visit protocols that effect prompt and balanced healing of core imbalances in cellular and systemic functions (among them, inflammation, autoimmune response and endocrine system imbalances) that often result in disabling physical ailments and life-threatening situations, to restore and improve functional capacity and quality of life. To ascertain the appropriate supplements in certain of these circumstances, it is necessary that we also seek to understand specific aspects of blood chemistry. These workshops are purposefully spaced 2 months apart to allow us sufficient time to observe the benefits of supplements that we add into our daily self-care protocols. Students who enroll in this workshop series should first complete Begin Your Qigong Lifestyle.
