"Working With Debra is Helping Me Change My Life! "
"I started working with Debra at the end of 2009, and that will always be one of the best decisions of my life! I have struggled with fibromyalgia, multiple injuries and psychiatric trouble for over ten years, and it seemed I had lost my ability to do everything I loved. Since working with her, my life and body have become my own again! She doesn't dictate what I should do, and hasn't claimed to be able to do the work for me - she is teaching me to heal myself and listen to my own intuition. I have sought healing in a variety of modalities, and Qigong is the first to provide the depth I had been seeking. I noticed the difference immediately, and I also notice when I neglect my practice for even a couple of days, and after being sick for so long, I want nothing less than optimal health. Every day someone comments - friends, aquaintances and even strangers - What are you doing? Who are you working with? I'm told that I'm glowing.  She has taught very profound concepts in simple, easy to understand language, incorporating spiritual principles and philosophies into day-to-day life. Her intuition is remarkable, and she is willing to meet each student exactly where they are. I'd initially thought I might just take a class or two, but have since decided to enter her clinical practitioner program. Six months ago that was the last thing on my mind! It is so exciting to be healthy enough to make such a commitment, and to know that Debra will teach me how to help others discover their own inner wisdom. Best of all - I get to work with her for the next 4 years!"  - Kiela T., Denver, CO

Clinical qigong is also well known as "medical qigong" and "qigong healing".  Our healer training program is a 4-year curriculum, commencing September 30, 2011, for those who feel a strong calling to assist in healing others through natural, energetic health and wellness practices based on the wisdoms of classical Chinese medicine and ancient Taoist health and wellness principles and the integration of human anatomy, physiology and kinesiology. The learning schedule fits easily into the calendar (one weekend each month, starting in September and ending in June) so that you can engage in these studies beyond your present work, studies and other commitments. The first year's curriculum consists of approximately 64 hours of fun, profound classroom learning, plus 24 hours of experiential homework.

To assure that each clinical qigong student has the essential foundations necessary to proceed into these studies, Beginning the Qigong Lifestyle and Deepening Qigong Wisdom are prerequisite courses that must be completed prior to entering this program.  Additionally, completion of 5 Virtues Qigong for Self and Social Healing and Qigong Movement are required prior to graduating from the Clinical Qigong Practitioner Training program. Your completion of these courses assures your readiness to enter the field of healing as a clinical qigong healing practitioner, as well as provides you an open door into the field of qigong instruction.

We encourage graduates of our program to obtain professional certification directly with the National Qigong Association. Continuing Qigong Education is also highly recommended to advance in professional clinical qigong certification to improve the quality of care you provide to your clients.
Central to the philosophy of qigong is the understanding that we must cultivate moral and physical strength together to prolong life, develop human potential and help others.
